Selection Process For PGCIL
- जाहिरातीत नमूद केल्याप्रमाणे पात्रता पूर्ण केले पाहिजेत
- अर्ज छाननी च्या आधारे निवड केली जाईल
- छाननी नंतर उमेदवरांची अनुभव प्रोफाइल
- लेखी चाचणी, लेखी परीक्षेत पात्र ठरलेल्या उमेदवारांना मिळालेल्या गुणांच्या गुणवत्तेच्या क्रमाने पॅनल मध्ये समाविष्ट केले जाईल.
निवड पद्धत :
- पात्रता निकषांनुसार गुणवत्तेवर आधारित अर्जांची तपासणी केली जाईल आणि
- संबंधित व्यापार आणि प्रशिक्षणाची संख्या यासाठी लागू असलेली विहित पात्रता
- तपशीलवार जाहिरातीमध्ये सूचित केलेले स्लॉट.
- अपूर्ण किंवा अपात्र अर्ज कोणत्याही सूचना न देता सरसकट नाकारले जातील.
- SC/ST/OBC (NCL) साठी शिकाऊ कायदा 1961 नुसार आरक्षण लागू होईल
- आणि अप्रेंटिसशिप नियम 1992 मध्ये वेळोवेळी सुधारणा केल्या.
- उमेदवारांना गुणवत्तेच्या क्रमाने कागदपत्रे/प्रमाणपत्रांच्या पडताळणीसाठी बोलावले जाईल
- अधिसूचित/उपलब्ध प्रशिक्षण स्लॉटच्या संदर्भात 1:5 चे प्रमाण. शॉर्टलिस्ट केलेले उमेदवार करतील
- नोंदणीकृत ईमेलद्वारे संप्रेषण केले जाईल. हजर राहण्यासाठी कोणताही TA/DA भरला जाणार नाही
- कागदपत्र पडताळणी प्रक्रियेसाठी.
- उमेदवारांची निवड –
दस्तऐवज पडताळणीसाठी नोंदवलेल्या उमेदवारांच्या आधारे गुणवत्ता यादी तयार केली जाईल
प्रक्रिया आणि पात्रता निकषांनुसार योग्य आढळले.
उमेदवार त्रि-पक्षीय शिकाऊ उमेदवारी स्वीकारताना गुणवत्तेच्या क्रमाने गुंतलेला असेल
NATS/NAPS वेबसाइटवरील करार आणि मध्ये वैद्यकीय प्रमाणपत्र सादर करणे
उमेदवारांकडून विहित नमुन्यातील आणि पोलीस पडताळणी. - शिकाऊ प्रशिक्षण:
स्टायपेंड: निवडलेल्या शिकाऊ उमेदवारांना विहित मासिक स्टायपेंड मिळेल
समाधानकारक कामगिरी आणि उपस्थिती. ची थेट लाभ हस्तांतरण (DBT) रक्कम
डिप्लोमा अप्रेंटिससाठी रुपये 4000/- आणि अभियांत्रिकीच्या पदवीधरांसाठी 4500/- रुपये असतील.
NATS योजनेंतर्गत भारत सरकारने प्रदान केले आहे. खराब कामगिरी किंवा अनधिकृत
अनुपस्थितीमुळे अप्रेंटिसशिप प्रोग्राममधून समाप्ती होऊ शकते.
कालावधी: प्रशिक्षणार्थी प्रशिक्षणाचा एकूण कालावधी त्यांच्या तारखेपासून एक वर्षाचा असेल
सामील होणे शिकाऊ प्रशिक्षण एक वर्ष पूर्ण झाल्यानंतर सह-समाप्त केले जाईल
कालावधी आणि पुढील विस्तारास परवानगी नाही. शिकाऊ उमेदवारांना नोंदणी करण्याची परवानगी नाही/
त्यांच्या प्रशिक्षण कार्यकाळात कोणताही नियमित अभ्यासक्रम/नोकरी करा.
प्रशिक्षणाचे स्थान: प्रशिक्षणार्थी प्रशिक्षणाचे स्थान नुसार निर्धारित केले जाईल

How To Apply For PGCIL
- Applications will be screened based on the merit according to eligibility criteria and
- prescribed qualification applicable to the respective trade and the number of training
- slots notified in the detailed advertisement.
- Incomplete or ineligible applications will be summarily rejected without any intimation.
- Reservation shall be applicable for SC/ST/OBC(NCL) as per the Apprentices Act 1961
- and Apprenticeship Rule 1992 amended from time to time.
- Candidates shall be called for verification of documents/certificates in order of merit in
- a ratio of 1:5 with respect to training slots notified/available. Shortlisted candidates will
- be communicated through the registered email. No TA/DA shall be paid for appearing
- for the document verification process.
- Selection of candidates –
A merit list will be prepared based on the candidates reported for document verification
process and found suitable as per the eligibility criteria.
The candidate shall be engaged in merit order on accepting tri-partite apprenticeship
contract on the NATS/NAPS website and submission of a medical certificate in the
prescribed format and police verification by the candidates. - Apprenticeship Training:
Stipend: Selected apprentices will receive a prescribed monthly stipend subject to
satisfactory performance and attendance. A Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) Amount of
Rs 4000/- for Diploma Apprentices and Rs 4500/- for Graduates in Engineering will be
provided by Govt of India under NATS scheme. Poor performance or unauthorised
absence may result in termination from the apprenticeship program.
Duration: Total tenure of apprenticeship training shall be one year from their date of
joining. Apprenticeship training shall be co-terminated with completion of one year
duration and no further extension is permitted. Apprentices are not allowed to enroll/
undergo any regular course/job during their apprenticeship tenure.
Training Location: Apprenticeship training location shall be determined as per the
availability of the training facility and the requirements of the company.
